The Retreat
We’re super excited to share our Yin Yang Nature day retreat. Nestled high up in the trees of the New Forest and in a truly unique setting, it’s a day promising balance and reconnection. The retreat will be hosted by myself and renowned local yogi, Ishvara and offers the opportunity to surround yourself with like minded souls in the heart of the New Forest National Park.
You will be guided through sessions that are complementary and interconnected and we’ll help you connect with the restorative power of nature that the treehouse is immersed. Discovering your proclivity towards either the Yin or the Yang you will then seek balance from this consciousness. A nourishing plant-based lunch will be provided by a respected local chef as well as delicious afternoon vegan treats.
The Venue
The location for this Yin Yang Nature retreat is set within the heart of the New Forest National Park in the beautiful village of Beaulieu. Suspended within treetops and canopied by leafy branches the treehouse offers an idyllic setting to connect with nature, practice yoga and embrace our community. Perched above the ground but connected to earth, the wooden hall and observation deck are accessed by a roped bridge and provides a tranquil haven for the day.
Situated at the head of the tidal River Beaulieu, the treehouse is a short drive from nearby Bournemouth and Southampton (SO42 7YL). It is easily accessed from the M27 and A35 and close to Brockenhurst train station with regular trains from London Waterloo.

Ishvara - Ishvara’s passion for teaching and sharing the holistic practice of yoga is honourable. He’s a highly regarded and authentic practitioner devoted to the union of mind, body and spirit. Ishvara trained with the prestigious Sivananda Ashram where yoga and meditation are still taught in traditional style. His restorative and empowering classes reflect these classical teachings and focus on mindfulness, wellbeing and inner peace.
The Schedule
Sessions are suitable for all levels and modifications will be offered where required. The exact itinery is subject to change but the outline for the day includes:

Free time - Join us for a short walk around the grounds, find a seat within the trees for some quiet time or connect with other participants on the observation deck

Closing Ceremony and vegan treats!
Food & Drink
Delicious, noroushing and plant based! We feel it’s a vital ingredient for any retreat and something we take great pride in offering. We’re delighted to have partnered with Vegan Magda who will be providing her culinary delights for lunch. Yummy vegan treats and drinks will also be provided. Additional dietary requirements can be catered for.

Booking Terms / Process
Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Bookings can be made by clicking on the ‘Book & Pay’ link above. Payments are processed by Stripe and check-out happens on their secured servers. Apple Pay can be used if clicking the ‘Book & Pay’ button from a mobile device. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please email carinageorgeyoga@gmail.com and account details will be provided.
Confirmation will be provided by email once payment is received.
Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Cancellation Policy - 50% refund if cancelled at least 15 days prior to the retreat. No refunds are available if cancelled on or within 14 days of the retreat.
