The Retreat
We’re super excited to share our Yin Yang Embodiment coastal retreat. Located within a UNESCO World Heritage site this day retreat promises reconnection and realignment with the true you. Formed over 10,000 years ago by the power of water flow, Lulworth Cove is an area rich in history and geological wonders. It’s a beautiful setting to celebrate your past and embrace the ever evolving journeys that we are all on.
The retreat will be hosted by myself and renowned local yogi, Ishvara and offers the opportunity to surround yourself with like minded souls along the stunning Jurassic Coast.
A nourishing plant-based lunch will be provided by a respected local chef as well as delicious afternoon vegan treats.
The Venue
The location for this Yin Yang Embodiment retreat is set within the heart of the Jurassic Coast in the beautiful coastal village of West Lulworth. Positioned a short walk from Lulworth Cove, the Lulworth Village Hall is surrounded by beautiful rolling green land and sparkling coastline.
West Lulworth is easily accessed by car from Poole, Bournemouth, Weymouth and Dorchester (BH20 5SG). Nearby train stations include Wool and Wareham on the South Western Railway line with services running between Weymouth and London Waterloo.

Ishvara - Ishvara’s passion for teaching and sharing the holistic practice of yoga is honourable. He’s a highly regarded and authentic practitioner devoted to the union of mind, body and spirit. Ishvara trained with the prestigious Sivananda Ashram where yoga and meditation are still taught in traditional style. His restorative and empowering classes reflect these classical teachings and focus on mindfulness, wellbeing and inner peace.
The Schedule
Sessions are suitable for all levels and modifications will be offered where required. The exact itinery is subject to change but the outline for the day includes:

Free time - Join us for a short walk down to Lulworth Cove with optional guided sea dip or enjoy some quiet time in the grounds of the venue. There will also be time to connect with other participants.

Food & Drink
Delicious, nourishing and plant based! We feel it’s a vital ingredient for any retreat and something we take great pride in offering. We’re delighted to have partnered with Vegan Magda who will be providing her culinary delights for lunch. Yummy vegan treats and drinks will also be provided. Additional dietary requirements can be catered for.

Booking Terms / Process
Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Bookings can be made by clicking on the ‘Book & Pay Now’ link above. Payments are processed by Stripe and check-out happens on their secured servers. Apple Pay can be used if clicking the ‘Book & Pay Now’ button from a mobile device. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please email carinageorgeyoga@gmail.com and account details will be provided.
Confirmation will be provided by email once payment is received.
Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Cancellation Policy - 50% refund if cancelled at least 15 days prior to the retreat. No refunds are available if cancelled on or within 14 days of the retreat.
